Australian Director’s Update
Dear Friends,
Shalom! Almost half of 2025 is gone and I want to thank you for your faithful prayers and financial support thus far. I am amazed at God’s provision through you. Recently, FOI-A sent a $500 gift from our Stand with Israel fund to the Menora Foundation, which serves Jewish people experiencing financial hardship in Perth, WA. Such financial support enhances Kevin’s ministry within the Jewish community. Within hours, we received a $500 donation to the Stand with Israel fund. It seems that we cannot out give our supporters, which is such an encouragement. In reality, we could not serve both the Christian and Jewish communities without your active partnership.
Prayer and Thanksgiving
I am thankful for the opportunity to continue serving with FOI-A in 2025, which may not have been the case had the 90% blocked artery, known as a widow maker, caused a heart attack. In February, I underwent successful open heart surgery to bypass that blockage and now enjoy a full recovery. It did require the cancellation of a number of meetings in February and March, but I was able to resume ministry from home and return to speaking engagements in April. I so appreciated many expressions of love and the prayers of supporters for me during this time. God is good!
Kathy Rogers, Mark’s wife, battle with cancer has come to an end. Kathy was promoted to the presence of her Saviour on Saturday 14th June. Kathy & Mark demonstrated deep trust in God during this very deep trial and have greatly appreciated your prayers and expressions of care. Please keep praying for Mark as he prepares for Kathy’s funeral next week.
Encouraging Bible Prophecy Conferences
This year, we continued our FOI-A Prophecy Conferences – “Israel Behind the Headlines” - at two new locations – Adelaide and Brisbane. We are thankful to Navigate Baptist Church in Adelaide and Mueller Community Church in Brisbane for hosting the conferences, which had good attendances at both venues. I am pleased at the level of enthusiasm for these conferences and excited that we are going to New Zealand in September to present this conference in Auckland. We will release recorded videos of the conference sessions when they are ready, so keep checking the FOI-A website.
On Track To Return to Israel
We are going to Israel in October/November this year and would love you to join us. This is our first return to the land after multiple delays because of COVID and the Hamas terrorist attack on October 7 2023. We have called it, “Everlasting Love Tour” as an expression of our commitment to Israel during these trying times. It includes Jordan and has an optional add-on, “Highlights of Paul” tour.
