3.RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES POLICY

3.1 Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Consumers may be entitled to repairs, replacements, or refunds for major failures.

3.2 Change of Mind Returns

We may accept returns within 14 days where:

  • items are unused

  • original packaging is retained

  • proof of purchase is provided

Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer.

3.3 Faulty or Incorrect Items

If goods arrive faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We may offer:

  • replacement

  • repair

  • refund

where required under Australian Consumer Law.

3.4 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally non-returnable:

  • clearance items

  • donations
